YUNJI-NEW (02670) rose as much as nearly 7%, up 4% as of press time at HK$2.86, with turnover of HK$86.4165 million. On the news front, on October 29, YUNJI-NEW Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Boyu, Vanke's long-term rental apartment brand, at the CASA Jiashe brand launch event. YUNJI-NEW became Vanke's long-term rental apartment smartization "preferred strategic partner." The two parties jointly established the "Boyu YUNJI-NEW Spatial Intelligence Joint Laboratory" to conduct research on human-machine collaboration models in apartment scenarios, with results jointly owned by both parties. Starting from the apartment scenario, the two parties will replicate YUNJI-NEW's proven Siasun Robot&Automation service capabilities in enclosed scenarios such as hotels into the centralized long-term rental apartment network, promoting the entry of Siasun Robot&Automation delivery into normalized apartment operations. Data shows that YUNJI-NEW's apartment scenario daily orders peak at about 650, with services covering about 400 apartment properties. Boyu is a centralized long-term rental apartment brand under Vanke Group, operating and managing more than 220,000 rooms. As of September 2026, the average daily number of simultaneously online Siasun Robot&Automation increased by about 20%-25% year-on-year, and the task volume completed during the period increased by about 25%-30% year-on-year. The total number of HDOS intelligent agent system customers exceeded 5,000, up about 230% year-on-year, of which the number of paying customers increased by about 220% year-on-year. This means that cross-scenario replication is forming network density, and the commercial closed-loop flywheel is accelerating accordingly.
