CKLIFE SCIENCES (00775): Shunpu Pharmaceutical Technology to Present Latest Preclinical Data for Two Cancer Vaccines at SITC 2026 Annual Meeting

CKLIFE SCIENCES (00775) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sequencio Therapeutics Company Limited ("Sequencio Therapeutics"), will present the latest research data from its leading cancer vaccine programs, namely the TROP2 circRNA-LNP vaccine and the PD-L1/PRAME dual-antigen vaccine, at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 2026 Annual Meeting to be held in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. These studies collectively provide preclinical support for multiple key stages of Sequencio Therapeutics' "PrimeInfiltrateIgniteTranslate" ("PINT") research framework. The results show induction of antigen-specific immune responses, enhancement of immune activity within the tumor microenvironment, and addressing the challenge of overcoming immunosuppression, while the use of humanized models helps evaluate the potential translational relevance of these observations. The two programs adopt complementary strategies targeting two key challenges in cancer immunotherapy: generating effective immune recognition of cancer cells, and overcoming tumor-mediated immunosuppressive mechanisms. One program combines a tumor-targeting vaccine with checkpoint inhibitor therapy, while the other integrates tumor recognition and immunomodulatory functions into a single dual-antigen vaccine design. The Company believes the results provide preclinical evidence supporting the intended mechanisms of action of Sequencio Therapeutics' cancer vaccines and demonstrate how these programs induce and sustain anti-tumor immune responses. In addition, the results may help inform future perioperative clinical development, where vaccine-induced immune responses may have a greater opportunity to control residual disease under lower tumor burden.
