China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency & Clean Energy (003035.SZ) announced that, in order to implement the company's "2026 Annual Execution Key Plan of the Strategic Plan" and other related work arrangements, further optimize its asset structure, and advance in an orderly manner the optimized arrangements for existing smart green power projects, the company plans to transfer a batch of smart green power project assets and equity through the Beijing Equity Exchange. This time, the company plans to transfer the assets of 1 smart green power project, namely the distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Taishan Zhigaoxing Hardware & Plastic Co., Ltd., with an installed capacity of approximately 20.90 MW and a book value of approximately RMB64.9594 million. It plans to transfer the equity of 14 smart green power project companies, with an installed capacity of approximately 518.54 MW and a net asset book value of approximately RMB1.064 billion.
