Shenwan Hongyuan Group (06806): Huang Jianjun elected Vice Chairman

Shenwan Hongyuan Group (06806) announced that on October 30, 2026, the Company received a written resignation letter from Ms. Yang Xiaowen, an independent non-executive director of the Company. As she would have served as an independent non-executive director of the Company for six consecutive years, Ms. Yang applied to resign from her positions as an independent non-executive director of the sixth session of the Board, a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, and a member of the Risk Control Committee of the Board. Mr. Fan Gongsheng has been elected at the extraordinary general meeting as an independent non-executive director of the sixth session of the Board, with his term of office commencing from October 30, 2026 and ending upon the expiry of the term of the sixth session of the Board. On October 30, 2026, the Company received a written resignation letter from Mr. Xu Yixin, a non-executive director of the Company. Due to a change in work arrangements, Mr. Xu applied to resign from his position as a non-executive director of the sixth session of the Board. Mr. Huang Jianjun has been elected at the extraordinary general meeting as an executive director of the sixth session of the Board, and Mr. Zhang Xi has been elected at the extraordinary general meeting as a non-executive director of the sixth session of the Board. The terms of office of the above directors commence from October 30, 2026 and end upon the expiry of the term of the sixth session of the Board. The 23rd meeting of the sixth session of the Board resolved to elect Mr. Huang as the Vice Chairman of the sixth session of the Board, with his term of office commencing from October 30, 2026 and ending upon the expiry of the term of the sixth session of the Board.
