JIMU GROUP (08187) announced that Mr. Cen Ziyang has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director due to his decision to devote more time to his other business commitments, effective from October 31, 2026. Accordingly, with effect from October 31, 2026, Mr. Cen will cease to serve as a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Board.
