S.F. Holding (06936) announced that the Board received a written resignation letter from Ms. Gan Ling (Ms. Gan) on October 29, 2026. Ms. Gan resigned from her positions as Board Secretary, Deputy General Manager, Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative of the Company for personal reasons, effective from October 29, 2026. Following her resignation, Ms. Gan will no longer hold any position in the Company.

Following her resignation, Ms. Gan will no longer hold any position at the Company.
Before the Company appoints a new Board Secretary, Mr. Wang Wei, Chairman of the Company, will act as Board Secretary on an interim basis. The Company will complete the selection and appointment of a Board Secretary as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations and will promptly fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
