HAO TIAN INTL (01341): Tang Yiu Chi Retires as Executive Director

HAO TIAN INTL (01341) announced that Mr. Tang Yiu Chi has retired as an executive director; Mr. Hui Yiu Chi has retired as a non-executive director; and Mr. Shek Lai Him has retired as an independent non-executive director, all effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting. Following his retirement, Mr. Shek Lai Him has also ceased to serve as a member of the audit committee with effect from October 28, 2026. In addition, as Resolution No. 3 regarding the re-appointment of Moore Stephens CPA Limited as the Company's auditor was not passed at the annual general meeting, Moore Stephens CPA Limited has ceased to serve as the Company's auditor with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
