WEIYE HOLDINGS (01570) announced that, following the passing of a special resolution regarding the proposed change of company name by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on September 7, 2026, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name on September 25, 2026, confirming that the English name of the company has been changed from "WEIYE HOLDINGS LIMITED" to "DJSH INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED".

The Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of change of name of a registered non-Hong Kong company on October 16, 2026, confirming that the company has changed its name in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and its current registered name is "DJSH INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED", replacing its former name "WEIYE HOLDINGS LIMITED". With effect from October 16, 2026, the proposed change of Chinese name has taken effect, namely the Chinese name "" has been adopted to replace "WEIYE HOLDINGS" for identification purposes only.
The English stock short name of the company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "WEIYE HOLDINGS" to "DJSH INT'L", and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "WEIYE HOLDINGS" to "", with effect from 9:00 a.m. on November 4, 2026. The stock code of the company on the Stock Exchange remains unchanged as "1570".
