ANHUIEXPRESSWAY (00995) announced that the issuance size of Anhui Expressway Company Limited's 2026 publicly issued corporate bonds (Second Tranche) to professional investors is not more than RMB700 million (including RMB700 million). Based on the results of the offline inquiry to professional institutional investors, and upon negotiation and agreement between the issuer and the lead underwriter, the coupon rate for Variety 1 of the current tranche of bonds is ultimately determined to be 1.43%, and the issuance of Variety 2 is cancelled.
