COSMO LADY (02298) received a total increase of 1.22 million shares by executive director Wu Xiaoli.

COSMO LADY (02298) announced that the Company was informed by Ms. Wu Xiaoli, an executive director of the Company, that she had purchased from the market a total of 1.22 million ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of approximately HK$0.2439 per share during the period from October 21, 2026 to October 26, 2026. These shares represent approximately 0.05% of the total number of issued shares of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Ms. Wu is the spouse of Mr. Zheng Yaonan, a substantial shareholder, chairman of the board and executive director of the Company. Accordingly, Mr. Zheng is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by Ms. Wu. The Company believes that Ms. Wu's recent increase in shareholding demonstrates her confidence in the prospects of the Group.
