LINK HOLDINGS (08237) announced that BDO Limited (Hong Kong) has tendered its resignation as the Company's auditor, effective October 23, 2026.
Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the Company's new auditor, effective from October 23, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation, and to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
