In the Iraq market, during the third quarter, affected by the phased impact of the Middle East situation, the tendering, on-site operations and order confirmation progress of some projects were delayed. During the quarter, the Group won orders for asset-light maintenance personnel services, supervision and consulting projects, and profile control and water shutoff projects. As the order confirmation nodes for some large projects were postponed to the fourth quarter, new orders fell 63.7% year-on-year. The Group maintained high-level communication and business collaboration with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, the national oil companies and other important customers, actively preparing for and closely coordinating with resumption arrangements on the one hand, and continuing in-depth discussions on project opportunities on the other. During the quarter, the Group obtained crude oil sales qualification in Iraq and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO). The Group's cooperation with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil and national oil companies was further deepened, and the business chain was further expanded, providing support for order conversion and long-term business development under normal market conditions in the future.
In other overseas markets, during the quarter the Group won orders for sand control and water shutoff, downhole operations, and production enhancement technology projects. Due to the long tendering and landing confirmation cycles for large overseas projects, new orders in this market fell 82.3% year-on-year during the reporting period. The Group continued to advance the diversified layout of overseas markets, actively expanding opportunities in markets such as Kuwait, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan, accumulating project reserves for the landing of subsequent large projects and the sustained growth of overseas business. Currently, the Group has large project orders under tender in both the Kuwait market and the Algeria market.
In the China market, during the quarter the Group won orders for drilling tool leasing, testing services, completion tools and technical services projects. Affected by phased factors such as adjustments to customer tender arrangements for some projects, new orders in the China market fell 40.7% year-on-year. Although short-term order performance in the quarter came under pressure, the Group's business foundation, project reserves and long-term customer cooperation in the China market remain solid and stable. Next, the Group will continue to actively promote the landing of high-quality technical service project orders, while advancing the transformation and upgrading of regional business, and continuously driving high-quality development of its China business.
As of September 30, 2026, the Group's order backlog was approximately RMB 18.4355 billion, of which the Iraq market backlog was approximately RMB 7.25 billion, accounting for approximately 39.3% of the Group's total backlog; other markets backlog was approximately RMB 2.362 billion, accounting for approximately 12.8% of the Group's total backlog; and the China market backlog was approximately RMB 8.8235 billion, accounting for approximately 47.9% of the Group's total backlog.
