China Resources Pharmaceutical (03320) announces that China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (CR Pharmaceutical Holdings), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has completed the issuance of the third tranche of 2026 medium-term notes (the Third Tranche 2026 Medium-Term Notes) in China. The Third Tranche 2026 Medium-Term Notes in the principal amount of RMB800 million have been issued with a term of three years and a coupon rate of 1.45% per annum.
