WYNN MACAU (01128) subsidiary to contribute up to MOP 1.365 billion to subscribe to the Macao SAR Government guided fund
WYNN MACAU (01128) announces that on October 23, 2026, the subscriber Wynn Resorts (Macau), S.A. (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a subscription agreement, pursuant to which the subscriber agreed to commit capital of up to MOP 1.365 billion (equivalent to approximately HK$1.325 billion) to the Macao SAR Government Guided Fund No. 2 Limited Partnership Fund (a limited partnership fund established in Macao by the general partner).
