DOWELL SERVICE (02352): Zhang Shidong has been nominated to stand for election as a new independent non-executive director of the third session of the Board.

DOWELL SERVICE (02352) announced that upon the expiration of the second term of the Board, Mr. Song Deliang (Mr. Song) will retire as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee of the Board, and a member of the nomination committee of the Board. Accordingly, Mr. Song will not stand for re-election. The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Zhang Shidong has been nominated to stand for election as a new independent non-executive director of the third session of the Board.
