VOBILE GROUP (03738) completes the acquisition of all equity interests in Anqing International

VOBILE GROUP (03738) announced that in relation to the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Anqing International Limited (the target company), all conditions precedent under the sale and purchase agreement have been fulfilled, and completion took place on October 20, 2026 in accordance with the share purchase agreement. At completion, the consideration shares were issued and allotted to the sellers at an issue price of HK$3.65 per consideration share under the general mandate. The Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange has approved the listing of and permission to deal in the consideration shares. Upon completion, the target company became an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
