FRIENDTIMES (06820): FRIENDTIMES Technology redeems RMB 42 million in open-ended wealth management products issued by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank

FRIENDTIMES (06820) announces that during the period from June 9, 2026 to October 20, 2026 (i.e., the redemption settlement dates), FRIENDTIMES Technology (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) redeemed open-ended wealth management products issued by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, with an aggregate principal amount of approximately RMB 42 million. During the period from June 17, 2026 to October 20, 2026 (i.e., the redemption settlement dates), Qinyou Network and FRIENDTIMES Technology (both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company) redeemed open-ended wealth management products issued by Hengfeng Bank, with an aggregate principal amount of approximately RMB 40 million. As of the date of this announcement, the Group has fully redeemed all open-ended wealth management products subscribed for with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Hengfeng Bank.
