UniTTEC Co.,Ltd.(000925.SZ) disclosed the draft of its fifth phase of the employee stock ownership plan. The plan intends to raise a total of no more than RMB 58 million, with "units" as the subscription unit, each unit at a subscription price of RMB 1, and a maximum of 58 million units. The participants are directors of the company (excluding independent directors) and senior management personnel serving in the company and its subsidiaries (including wholly-owned subsidiaries and controlled subsidiaries), totaling no more than 250 people. The price for transferring the company's repurchased shares is RMB 3.89 per share.
