Winnovation Culturaltainment Development (000620.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changsha Tongguan Kiln Guofeng Paradise Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. ("Changsha Tongguan Kiln"), plans to introduce investors through a capital increase and share expansion via public listing on the Beijing Equity Exchange. The capital increase amount will be determined based on the final listing transaction price, and the company waives its preferential subscription right for this capital increase. Upon completion of the capital increase, the investor's shareholding ratio in the target company will exceed 50% but not exceed 70%. If the capital increase and share expansion are successfully implemented, upon completion of the transaction, Changsha Tongguan Kiln will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
