OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc.(00501) Obtains Commitment Letter for Special Loan from Financial Institution for Share Repurchase

OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc. (00501) announced that recently, the Company has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Shanghai Branch of Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., which agrees to provide special loan support for the Company's repurchase of the Company's A-shares through centralized bidding transactions. For this repurchase, the Company may use a special stock repurchase loan of no more than RMB 450 million, i.e., the special loan funds used shall not exceed 90% of the upper limit of the total repurchase funds for this repurchase, and the loan term shall not exceed 3 years. The specific loan matters shall be subject to the loan agreement ultimately signed by both parties.
