FINELAND LIVING (09978) announces that Ms. Chen Zhuoman has resigned as the company secretary of the Company; one of the authorized representatives of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and the authorized representative of the Company for accepting service of legal process and notices as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, all with effect from October 19, 2026. Following Ms. Chen's resignation, Ms. Liu Chang has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company, the authorized representative under the Listing Rules and the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, all with effect from October 19, 2026.
