ZHONGSHENJIANYE (02503) announced that the board of directors proposes to adopt a share award scheme for approval by the company's shareholders. The share award scheme will involve the grant of awards funded by existing shares and new shares of the company (including treasury shares), and constitutes a share scheme under Chapter 17 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Eligible participants of the share award scheme include directors and employees of the group. The proposed maximum total number of shares under the share award scheme is estimated to be 343 million shares, representing no more than 10% of the total number of issued shares of the company as at the adoption date.
