ZGC TEC LEASING (01601) announces that on October 16, 2026, the Company, as lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement III with Lessee III, Hunan Modern Resources Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. The lessor will purchase Lessee III's own leased assets III at a transfer price of RMB 23 million; and the lessor will lease leased assets III back to Lessee III for a lease term of 24 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 24.63 million, including finance lease principal of RMB 23 million and finance lease interest income (including VAT) of approximately RMB 1.63 million. Leased assets III are equipment related to pig processing, with a net book value of approximately RMB 28.68 million. The Company's principal business is providing finance leasing and advisory services to customers. Entering into the finance lease agreement is part of the Company's ordinary and usual course of business and is expected to bring stable income and cash flow to the Company.
