ZHONGZI INTL H (08118): Huang Aizhong Retires as Executive Director

ZHONGZI INTL H (08118) announced that the proposed resolutions numbered 2, 5 and 6, concerning the re-election of Mr. Huang Aizhong as an executive director and the re-election of Mr. Lang Jilu and Mr. Zheng Heming as independent non-executive directors, were not passed as ordinary resolutions at the annual general meeting. Accordingly, with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting, Mr. Huang retired as an executive director, while Mr. Lang and Mr. Zheng retired as independent non-executive directors. With effect from 16 October 2026: 1. Mr. Zheng ceased to be the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee; 2. Mr. Lang ceased to be a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee; 3. Ms. Zhong Kai'en has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee.
