LONG INV CORP (02312) announces that RSM Hong Kong (RSM) has resigned as the auditor of the Company with effect from 16 October 2026 (the Resignation). Following the recommendation of the audit committee of the Company (the Audit Committee), the board of directors proposes to appoint Tianzhi Hong Kong CPA Limited (Tianzhi Hong Kong) as the new auditor of the Company following the Resignation (the Proposed Appointment) to fill the casual vacancy, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
