CEB WATER (01857) wins the concession project for the Xianrenqiao reclaimed water plant and supporting pipe network project in Baoding City.

CEB WATER (01857) announced that on October 14, 2026, the consortium formed by the Company and several independent third parties (the Consortium, in which the Company is the lead party) received a notice that the Consortium had won the bid in the public tender for the concession project for the Xianrenqiao reclaimed water plant and supporting pipe network project in Baoding City (the Project). The Consortium will establish a joint venture project company (the Joint Venture) to undertake the Project, subject to the entering into of definitive agreements. The Project is principally responsible for, including but not limited to, the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a reclaimed water plant with a designed treatment capacity of 150,000 cubic meters/day (including a municipal sewage treatment system, a sludge treatment system and a rainwater and sewage emergency storage system with a designed capacity of 30,000 cubic meters), sewage trunk lines with a total length of approximately 13.4 kilometers, reclaimed water pipelines with a total length of approximately 3.7 kilometers, and access roads and bridges. The concession period of the Project is expected to be 40 years, comprising a 2-year construction period and a 38-year operation period, subject to the entering into of the definitive agreements.
