Shanghai Construction Group (600170.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Construction Group Investment Co., Ltd. ("SCG Investment") plans to contribute 25 million yuan of its own funds as a limited partner (LP) to subscribe for shares in Shenzhen Huakong Frontier Technology Private Equity Venture Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Frontier Technology Fund"), accounting for 0.51% of the contribution. The fund will in principle invest in technology-related fields.
