CMOC Group Limited (03993) announced that, in order to further expand investment channels and enhance investment returns, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tibet Shimoke, plans to subscribe for fund shares as a limited partner, specifically: contributing RMB 500 million of its own funds to subscribe for shares in the Nanjing Yuanfeng Fund; and contributing RMB 400 million of its own funds to subscribe for shares in the Hexie Growth Phase IV Fund.
