On the news front, on October 9, media reports said that due to soaring memory chip costs, Apple was forced to raise the prices of its new iPhones, which in turn led to a decline in consumer demand. Apple has now told some suppliers to cut component production for the newly launched iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. However, according to National Business Daily, a reporter learned from supply chain sources that the total volume of related orders has not yet changed substantially.
It is worth noting that on September 10 this year, Apple officially launched the iPhone 18 Pro series. Compared with the previous generation, the prices of the new phones have risen significantly. The market is watching whether consumers are willing to continue paying for high-end iPhones. Based on current supply chain feedback and delivery times on Apple's official website, the price increase has not yet caused a significant impact on overall order demand for the iPhone 18 Pro series.
