PROSPEROUSPRINT (08385) announced that Mr. Cheng Chi Sum has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from October 9, 2026. Mr. Lam Sam Ming (executive director and current chairman) will retire from the position of chairman, effective from October 9, 2026, but will continue to serve as an executive director of the company. Mr. Cai Weiquan (executive director) will be appointed as chairman, effective from October 9, 2026. Mr. Cai Weiquan will lead the board of directors, oversee the overall strategic direction of the group, and ensure the effectiveness of corporate governance and board performance.
