China Sandi (00910) announced that with effect from October 9, 2026: (1) Ms. Yu Huaxiu has resigned as an independent non-executive director and has ceased to serve as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee; (2) Mr. Ho Wing Sum has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
