JBB BUILDERS (01903) announced that Ms. Lin Lin has resigned as (i) the company secretary of the Company, (ii) the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and (iii) the representative of the Company in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from October 9, 2026.
