In the first three quarters of 2026, hard-tech enterprises stood out on the IPO fundraising list for Chinese enterprises. Among the Top 20 Chinese enterprises by IPO fundraising amount, CXMT Corporation (688825.SH) and Zhongji Innolight (03308) ranked first and second with 66.607 billion yuan and 53.174 billion yuan, listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, respectively. During the same period, Chinese enterprises completed a total of 244 IPOs globally, raising a combined 561.173 billion yuan; of this, Hong Kong stocks raised 336.896 billion yuan, accounting for 60.03%, and have become the "home turf" for Chinese enterprise IPO financing.

Wind data shows that in the first three quarters of 2026, Chinese enterprises completed a total of 244 IPO listings in global markets (A-shares by online issuance date, Hong Kong and overseas markets by first listing date, the same below), an increase of 48 compared with the first three quarters of 2025, or 24.49%. Among them, 83 were completed in the third quarter, down 1 from the previous quarter and up 22% year-on-year.

In the first three quarters of 2026, the global IPO fundraising scale of Chinese enterprises was 561.173 billion yuan. Among them, fundraising in the third quarter was 280.505 billion yuan, up 84.20% quarter-on-quarter and up 252% year-on-year.

Looking specifically at each market, in the first three quarters of 2026, the A-share market completed 127 IPO listings, an increase of 51 compared with the first three quarters of 2025; the Hong Kong stock market completed 114, an increase of 51; the overseas market completed 3, a decrease of 54.

From the perspective of IPO fundraising, in the first three quarters of 2026, Chinese enterprises in the A-share market raised 223.859 billion yuan, accounting for 39.89%; Chinese enterprises in the Hong Kong stock market raised 336.896 billion yuan, accounting for 60.03%; Chinese enterprises in the overseas market raised 418 million yuan, accounting for 0.07%. The three types of markets totaled 561.173 billion yuan.
05 Fundraising Amount of Chinese Enterprise IPOs by Industry
By industry (according to Wind Level 1 classification, the same below), in the first three quarters of 2026, the information technology industry had the highest fundraising scale, at 381.725 billion yuan, accounting for 68.02% of total fundraising; the industrials and materials industries raised 55.708 billion yuan and 27.926 billion yuan, respectively. In addition, the consumer staples, utilities, health care, and consumer discretionary industries raised 26.761 billion yuan, 24.570 billion yuan, 22.938 billion yuan, and 21.545 billion yuan, respectively.
06 Top 20 Chinese Enterprises by IPO Fundraising Amount
From the perspective of fundraising by individual enterprises, the two companies with the largest fundraising scale in the first three quarters of 2026 were CXMT Corporation, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and Zhongji Innolight, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising 66.607 billion yuan and 53.174 billion yuan, respectively.

In the first three quarters of 2026, among the 127 companies that issued A-share IPOs, companies from Jiangsu and Zhejiang each numbered 26, tying for first place; companies from Guangdong numbered 20.
