SFSY NEW MAT (08073) announced that on September 30, 2026, the buyer (Zhuhai SFSY NEW MAT Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into an equipment procurement contract with the supplier (Shenzhen S.C New Energy Technology Corporation), pursuant to which the buyer agreed to purchase and the supplier agreed to supply equipment at a contract price of RMB 29.7 million. The equipment to be purchased is one set of dual-chamber magnetron sputtering coating equipment. The Group's revenue has shown accelerated growth over the past two years, with profitability quality steadily improving. The procurement of equipment is necessary for the Group's business expansion. Based on market share by revenue, the Company's principal operating subsidiary ranks among the leading smart liquid crystal dimming product manufacturers in China. In the first half of 2026, the Group's orders for ITO conductive films, architectural dimming films, and automotive dimming films achieved comprehensive growth. The product revenue structure has been continuously optimized, with automotive dimming films becoming the Group's most promising profit growth driver. The equipment procured this time is dual-chamber coating equipment, which can meet the production needs for low sheet resistance ITO required by the Group's new dye liquid crystal PDLC products, while also supplementing the production needs for high sheet resistance ITO required by PDLC. It can not only improve the production efficiency of the existing product series, but also serve as research reserve for future new product development directions. The Company's newly developed dye liquid crystal PDLC is based on traditional PDLC, achieving color changes by adding dichroic dyes. It is a product that current automotive OEMs and consumers prefer and accept more, and is more competitive in sensory effects and application scenarios. The ITO sheet resistance used in dye liquid crystal PDLC is lower than that used in traditional PDLC, and the Company's existing equipment cannot meet the technical requirements and efficiency for the ITO used in dye liquid crystal PDLC. At maximum designed capacity, the Company's newly purchased equipment can achieve an annual production capacity of approximately 1.08 million square meters for low sheet resistance ITO products and approximately 1.2 million square meters for high sheet resistance ITO. Taking into account the Company's current actual business conditions, the Company expects the equipment can add approximately 250,000 square meters per year of low sheet resistance ITO capacity for the production of dye liquid crystal PDLC products. On the basis of meeting the low sheet resistance ITO required for dye liquid crystal PDLC products, it can also supplement approximately 500,000 to 800,000 square meters per year of high sheet resistance ITO capacity required for existing PDLC products. Subsequent sales of dye liquid crystal products are expected to show a growth trend.
