C.BANNER (01028): Li Xindan Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

C.BANNER (01028) announced that, with effect from September 30, 2026: Ms. Zhang Yichen has resigned as a non-executive Director due to her other personal and business commitments; and Mr. Zheng Hongliang has resigned as an independent non-executive Director due to his other personal and business commitments, and accordingly ceased to serve as a member of each of the Company's audit committee, the Company's remuneration committee and the Company's nomination committee. Mr. Li Xindan has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee, with effect from September 30, 2026.
