GRAND BAOXIN (01293) announced that Ms. Leung Kwan Wai has resigned as (i) the Company Secretary of the Company; (ii) the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the process agent of the Company in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, with effect from September 30, 2026.
