On the news front, GenScript recently announced a partnership with Lilly TuneLab, Eli Lilly's AIDD collaboration platform. The company will provide wet lab services to enterprises participating in TuneLab, helping them rapidly generate experimental data, convert AI predictions into biological validation data, and accelerate candidate drug evaluation. EB SECURITIES noted that as major model developers enter AI drug discovery, the company's business model has undergone profound changes.
JPMorgan's latest research report stated that Lilly TuneLab's selection of GenScript as one of three core wet lab partners is significant not merely as a single CRO order, but as a strategic entry point into an ecosystem of over 100 biotech clients, enabling a closed loop between dry and wet lab experiments. GenScript simultaneously possesses life sciences services, CDMO, BestZyme, and approximately 45% equity in Legend Biotech. The upgrading of AIDD demand, capacity expansion, and strengthening of later-stage businesses constitute a triple growth support.
