JBB BUILDERS (01903) Announces Annual Results, Shareholders' Loss Attributable at RM536,000, Turning from Profit to Loss Year-on-Year JBB BUILDERS (01903) released its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Group recorded revenue of RM413 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3.33%; loss attributable to owners of the Company was RM536,000, compared with a profit of RM1.331 million in the same period last year; loss per share was 0.11 sen. The decrease in revenue for the year ended June 30, 2026 was mainly due to: operational challenges caused by shallow water depth and extremely limited space at the construction site, as well as the suspension of a contract for approximately 1.5 months due to an investigation by the competent authority into an external incident, which reduced the total volume of sand and gravel transported under the Singapore marine transportation contract, resulting in an overall decline in delivery volume; the impact of rising fuel prices and fuel supply shortages, which slowed project progress and led to a decrease in revenue from reclamation and related works and marine transportation business; and the completion of certain contracts that had contributed part of the revenue for the year ended June 30, 2025, although this impact was partially offset by an increase in work completed under building and infrastructure engineering contracts.
