Tospo Lighting (603303.SH) announced that, in order to leverage the experience and resources of professional investment institutions and promptly seize investment opportunities in innovation application fields related to upstream and downstream industries, the company signed the "Hengdian Bohui Venture Capital (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" on September 23, 2026. As a limited partner, it will participate in subscribing to fund shares of Hengdian Bohui, a fund under Hengdian Capital, with no more than 55 million yuan of its own funds, accounting for no more than 3.33% of the fund's total subscribed capital.
