JENSCARE-B(09877): JensClip obtains NMPA registration approval and actively promotes commercialization

JENSCARE-B(09877) announced that recently, JensClip Transcatheter Valve Repair System (JensClip), one of the Company's core self-developed products, has obtained registration approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). The Company is actively promoting the commercialization and clinical application of this product in mainland China and other markets, and continues to advance its global layout. JensClip is a self-developed transcatheter mitral valve clip and delivery system designed for patients with severe mitral regurgitation. JensClip features an innovative self-locking design, which is expected to effectively improve regurgitation. Its valve clip connecting rod design allows flexible morphological changes, which is expected to effectively enhance procedural safety. Meanwhile, its valve clip enables simultaneous bilateral and unilateral leaflet capture control, improving clinical operational convenience; its integrated detachment design is expected to reduce potential operational error risks and effectively shorten device operation time. The Company will leverage existing resources and platforms to continuously advance the domestic commercialization process of JensClip, and actively promote CE MDR registration and other overseas registration approvals and commercialization processes. JensClip's globalization process is also being actively laid out, with compassionate treatment and patient rescue being widely carried out overseas, where all procedures have progressed smoothly and the product has demonstrated excellent performance. As products covering aortic valve, mitral valve, and tricuspid valve diseases receive registration approvals in different markets successively, the Company's domestic and overseas commercialization will form a multi-product synergistic growth effect, helping the Company unlock long-term growth space and build a global growth curve. With JensClip obtaining NMPA registration approval, the Company's products now cover the three major valve domains of structural heart disease intervention.
