EG LEASING (00379) announces that the Board proposes to adopt the 2026 Share Option Scheme, which shall be valid for ten years from the date of adoption. The 2026 Share Option Scheme aims to assist the Company in attracting and retaining the best high-caliber talent of the Group, provide additional incentives to Eligible Participants, and promote the overall success of the Group's business. The 2026 Share Option Scheme will provide Eligible Participants with the opportunity to have a personal stake in the Company, which will help motivate them to optimize performance and efficiency, and attract and retain Eligible Participants who make significant contributions to the long-term growth and profitability of the Group.
