HOPSON DEV HOLD (00754) announced that for the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the total contracted sales of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates amounted to approximately RMB 4.492 billion; of which contracted property sales were approximately RMB 3.909 billion; and contracted decoration sales were approximately RMB 583 million. For the single month of August 2026, the total contracted sales of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates amounted to approximately RMB 719 million, of which contracted property sales were approximately RMB 648 million; and contracted decoration sales were approximately RMB 71 million. For the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the contracted property sales area of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates was approximately 224,574 sq.m., and the average contracted property selling price was approximately RMB 17,400 per sq.m. For the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the total contracted sales area of non-self-invested properties managed by the Group together with its joint ventures and associates under the "Hopson" brand on a construction management basis (Hopson construction management properties) was approximately 16,735 sq.m., and the contracted sales amount was approximately RMB 1.010 billion. For the single month of August 2026, the contracted sales area of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates in respect of Hopson construction management properties was approximately 1,012 sq.m., and the contracted sales amount was approximately RMB 70 million.
