YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) has been granted a HK$300 million term loan facility.
YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) announced that on September 22, 2026, the Company (as borrower) entered into a facility agreement (the Facility Agreement) with a bank (the Lender), pursuant to which the Lender, subject to the terms and conditions of the Facility Agreement, will provide a HK$300 million term loan facility, with a loan period of 364 days from the date of first drawdown.
