HANXBIO-B (03378) announced that the Company and XtalPi Science Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (XtalPi) (an independent third party of the Company) recently formally entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement and an XtalPi Science technology platform use authorization agreement (collectively, the Agreements), to explore the application of AI for Science in areas such as antibody design, innovative molecule design, and optimization of drug research and development processes.
HANXBIO-B (03378) announced that the Company and Shenzhen XtalPi Science Technology Co., Ltd. (XtalPi Technology), an independent third party of the Company, recently formally signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and an XtalPi Science Technology Platform Use Authorization Agreement (collectively, the Agreements) to explore the application of AI for Science in areas such as antibody design, innovative molecule design, and optimization of drug R&D processes. Pursuant to the Agreements, the Company intends to procure and use, in accordance with its actual R&D needs, the relevant services and usage quotas of the XtalPi Science platform provided by XtalPi Technology, and XtalPi Technology will provide the Company with the corresponding platform capabilities and necessary technical support. This cooperation is centered on the commercial procurement and application of XtalPi Science products and services, and aims to support the Company in flexibly using advanced artificial intelligence models and computing capabilities in R&D scenarios related to biologics, XDC, and other innovative drugs. The two parties intend to establish a long-term, stable cooperative relationship on the basis of this application of products and services. The relevant platform capabilities and services that the Company intends to procure and use, and the preliminary application scenarios intended to be explored, include but are not limited to: 1. using artificial intelligence models and related computing capabilities and agents to assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of biologic drug candidate molecules; 2. using artificial intelligence models and related computing capabilities and agents to design XDC payloads with special functions; 3. using artificial intelligence models and related computing capabilities and agents to custom-design other candidate molecules and key functional modules. At the current stage, the above applications will be advanced by the Company in accordance with its own R&D plans and needs. The specific procurement scale, service content, execution arrangements, and other commercial terms will be separately determined by the two parties through specific orders or subsequent agreements based on actual needs. The two parties may also further discuss expanding the scale of use and scope of application of XtalPi Science services according to business needs. This cooperation will optimize the Company's biologics screening and molecule optimization processes, is expected to improve R&D efficiency and success rates, shorten R&D cycles, reduce R&D costs, and accelerate the Company's progress in FIC and BIC drug R&D. The relevant results will further enrich the Company's R&D pipeline, strengthen its technological advantages and core competitiveness, and provide strong support for the Company's long-term development and sustainable operations.
