According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 18, Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jingxin Pharmaceutical, 002020.SZ) has once again submitted an application for listing to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities as its sole sponsor.
According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 18, Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical, 002020.SZ) has once again submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC SEC acting as its sole sponsor. According to the prospectus, the company is a pharmaceutical group with a strategic focus on two core therapeutic areas: (i) central nervous system (CNS) diseases; and (ii) cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. As of the latest practicable date (September 10, 2026), Didaxini (Jingnuoning) is the company's only approved innovative drug. In addition to Didaxini, the company is advancing selected pipeline drugs in its key therapeutic areas, including JX2201, a Class 1 innovative pipeline drug for the treatment of elevated lipoprotein(a) levels.
