JINGCHENG MAC (00187) announced that on September 18, 2026, the company received a report from its controlling subsidiary Qingdao Beiyang Tianqing Digital Intelligence Co., Ltd. Beiyang Tianqing received a Notice of Filing issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC Filing No. 0392026058). As Beiyang Tianqing was the target of an asset restructuring, it is suspected of providing information during the restructuring process that contained false records, misleading statements, or material omissions.
