On September 18, HKD interbank rates fell broadly, with the one-month rate, which is linked to mortgage loans, reported at 2.86887%, down 3.113 basis points.
On September 18, Hong Kong dollar interbank rates fell broadly, with the one-month rate, which is linked to mortgage payments, reported at 2.86887%, down 3.113 basis points; the three-month rate, which reflects banks' funding costs, was reported at 3.09381%, down 0.780 basis points. The overnight rate was reported at 2.17488%, down 0.476 basis points; the one-week rate fell 5.566 basis points to 2.34238%, while the two-week rate dropped 5.042 basis points to 2.67000%. The two-month rate fell 2.821 basis points to 2.98649%. On the long end, the six-month rate rose 0.970 basis points to 3.41661%, while the one-year rate rose 5.494 basis points to 3.86185%.
