ZHONG JIA GX (00899) proposes to change its name to "Youyou Holdings Limited"

ZHONG JIA GX (00899) has announced that the Board proposes to change the Company's English name from "Zhong Jia Guo Xin Holdings Company Limited" to "You You Holdings Company Limited", and to change its Chinese name from "ZHONG JIA GX" to "" as the Company's secondary name (the Proposed Change of Company Name). The Board believes that the proposed new names can provide the Group with a more appropriate and clear corporate image and identity, reflect the Company's current strategy and business development direction; and reduce and prevent any unauthorized use of the Company's name and fraudulent activities. Accordingly, the Board believes that the Proposed Change of Company Name will be beneficial to the Group's future business development and is in the overall best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
