Kingland Pipeline (002443.SZ) announced that the company has decided to use its own funds of RMB 680 million to inject additional capital into its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinzhou Smart Liquid Cooling Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Jinzhou Liquid Cooling"). Jinzhou Liquid Cooling had an original registered capital of RMB 20 million, and after the capital increase, its registered capital will be RMB 700 million. It will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The funds from this capital increase will be mainly used for: product line expansion and component production capacity expansion; system research and development, project delivery, and market expansion; technology research and development, team building, and supplementing working capital.
