PLATT NERA (01949) announces that on September 14, 2026, the buyer (Shenzhen Tiancheng Xinneng Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) intends to acquire 128 high-performance graphics processing units (GPUs) (the Equipment) from the seller (Shandong Junlian Fenghui Information Technology Co., Ltd.), for a total consideration of RMB 8.8064 million. In order to seize opportunities in the high-performance computing market and leverage the Group's experience and expertise in IT infrastructure and equipment procurement, the Group intends to develop and enhance its technical service capabilities by establishing computing resources for use in its IT solutions and related technical services. The Equipment comprises professional-grade GPUs and will form part of the core computing hardware used in its IT solutions and related technical services. Following internal assessment and planning, the buyer has entered into the agreement to acquire the Equipment and commence this enhancement on a limited scale.
